Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Child Caregiver to join our private home and provide exceptional care for our children. The ideal candidate should be nurturing, patient, and have a genuine love for working with children. This is a full-time position, and the caregiver will be responsible for creating a safe and stimulating environment for our kids.

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities.
  2. Plan and implement educational and recreational activities to promote development.
  3. Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized environment for the children.
  5. Monitor and ensure the children's safety at all times.
  6. Collaborate with parents to understand and meet the unique needs of each child.
  7. Assist with homework and educational activities.
  8. Provide emotional support and encouragement to foster a positive atmosphere.
  9. Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, behaviors, and daily activities.
  10. Follow any specific instructions provided by the parents related to the children's routines, dietary restrictions, or other preferences.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in child care or related field.
  2. CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  3. Ability to create a fun and educational environment for children.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Patience and understanding of children's developmental stages.
  6. Reliable and punctual with a flexible schedule.
  7. Must pass a background check.
