Job Description:
-
Plant, water, and tend to crops throughout
the growing season.
-
Apply fertilizers and sprays to maintain
crop health
-
Pick row crops such as blueberries with care
and accuracy.

Sort fruits based on quality standards.

Load, unload, and transfer the crates of
supplied and harvested produce
-
Keep work areas clean and organized.
-
Assist in general farm maintenance on farm
machinery and equipment
-
Identify signs of disease or poor health
in crops through regular monitoring.

Support
planting activities by helping to prepare soil and garden beds as needed.

Perform
general duties as assigned
