Job Duties: 

·         Organize, plan, lead, oversee, and assess a department's activities and requirement for inventory.

·         Oversee and counsel employees who work in buying, finance, security, records management, or other administrative services.

·         Manage the organization's corporate governance and regulatory compliance processes.

·         Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory.

·         Place orders to replenish inventory avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus.

·         Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trustworthy relationships.

·         Recruit, train and oversee training for the inventory management staff.

·         Prepare inventory reports and keep them updated.

Requirement:

·         Completion of High School is required.

·         Post secondary education and/or minimum one year of experience in the field.
