Job Title: Wall Panel Installer (Full-Time) Company: Rich VaughLocation: Markham, ON (projects across GTA) Job Type: Full-time, PermanentWage: $36.00 per hourHours: 40 hours per week Job Description RichVaugh is a Markham-based company specializing in the design, supply, and professional installation of interior wall panel systems, including slat panels and large-format decorative panels for residential and commercial spaces. We are seeking an experienced installer with strong drywall and interior finishing skills to support our growing wall panel installation projects across the GTA. Responsibilities ·      Install decorative wall panel systems, including slat panels and large-format panels, according to project specifications and design layouts·      Prepare interior wall surfaces to ensure they are level, secure, and suitable for wall panel installation·      Measure, cut, fit, and align wall panels to achieve precise spacing, clean joints, and high-quality finishes·      Secure wall panels using appropriate fastening systems and installation techniques·      Perform drywall-related work as required to support wall panel installation, including installing drywall, repairing surfaces, and correcting uneven walls·      Apply finishing materials such as trims, edge details, and corner elements to complete feature wall installations·      Read and follow shop drawings, measurements, and installation instructions·      Coordinate with designers, project managers, and other trades to ensure accurate execution of design intent·      Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite in accordance with health and safety requirements·      Use hand and power tools safely and efficientlyRequirements ·      Secondary school diploma or equivalent·      2–3 years of experience in drywall installation and finishing·      Ability to read measurements and follow layout instructions·      Familiarity with drywall tools and materials·      Physically able to lift materials and perform repetitive tasks·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team How to Apply Please email your resume to: richvaughwallpanel@outlook.com

Join us in building a greener, more efficient future, where innovation, quality, and teamwork drive our success in creating comfortable and energy-efficient spaces. Key Responsibilities·      Assist insulation installers by preparing materials, tools, and work areas on residential and commercial construction sites.·      Load, unload, and transport insulation materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.·      Set up work areas by laying protective coverings, securing work zones, and clearing obstacles prior to insulation work.·      Assist in preparing surfaces for insulation work by sweeping, clearing debris, and performing basic site cleanup.·      Support insulation installers by holding materials, positioning insulation components under direction, and supplying tools as needed.·      Assist with the setup and takedown of ladders, scaffolding, temporary platforms, and insulation equipment under supervision.·      Assist with spray foam operations by preparing equipment, managing ventilation, and performing cleanup after application (no independent spraying).·      Remove insulation waste, packaging, and debris from work areas and dispose of materials according to safety and environmental guidelines.·      Perform routine cleanup of tools and equipment and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to supervisors.·      Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and consistently wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).·      Read and follow verbal instructions and simple work specifications provided by supervisors or skilled tradespersons.·      Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas throughout the workday.·      Assist skilled tradespersons and team members in completing tasks efficiently and safely as directed.·      Perform other general construction labour duties as required on site.Qualifications & Skills·      Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred.·      Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.·      Ability to understand and follow safety regulations.·      Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour tasks.·      Strong communication and teamwork skills.·      Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Job LocationVancouver, BC Terms of EmploymentTerms of contract: Full-time Wage & Benefits$25.00 per hour, 40 hours per weekVacation & Paid Time Off How to ApplyIf you think you may be a great fit with our team, please send your resume by email to ruentexconstruction@outlook.com with the subject “Insulator Helper.”Your email must include answers to the following questions.
