1. Exercise and condition racehorses according to established training and conditioning programs
2. Ride horses daily to maintain fitness, endurance, and performance standards
3. Assist in carrying out animal husbandry activities related to the care and conditioning of racehorses
4. Observe horses during exercise to identify signs of illness, injury, or behavioral changes and report concerns to the trainer or supervisor
5. Assist in implementing feeding and hydration programs as directed
6. Groom, saddle, and prepare horses before exercise and cool them down after workouts
7. Follow all safety, animal welfare, and bio-security procedures while handling and riding horses
8. Maintain basic records related to horse training, exercise schedules, and performance
9. Assist with stable maintenance, including cleaning stalls and maintaining training and riding equipment
10. Support breeding, training, and livestock management activities as required
11. Maintain inventory of feed, tack, and stable supplies and report shortages
12. May assist in training young or inexperienced horses under supervision
13. May assist in supervising general stable or farm labourers when required

The successful candidate will be a key part of our family, responsible for daily production and maintaining product quality, as well as contributing to new recipe development. Requirements: Must be familiar with these food baking specialties: Argentina Pastries, Argentinean Breads, rolls, Desserts, pastries, wedding, specialty cakes, and cake decorating. Responsibilities: Prepare dough for pastaflora, masa finas, alfajores, tortitas all Argentinian style • sweet goods, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to special recipes or special customer orders • Prepare Argentinean pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays • Manage daily production schedules and work efficiently to meet customer demands. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to food safety regulations. Working Conditions: • The position requires standing for long periods, heavy lifting and working in a hot kitchen environment. • Shift work, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
