O/A Grande Prairie Physiotherapy & Massage is now hiring Permanent Full-time Registered Physiotherapist for Grande Prairie, AB(Primary Location) and Peace River, AB (Secondary Location) area.Duties include:Assess patients' physical abilities through evaluative procedures such as functional ability testsEstablish treatment goals with patients based on physical diagnosesPlan and implement programs of physiotherapy including therapeutic exercise, manipulations, massage, education, the use of electro-therapeutic and other mechanical equipment and hydrotherapyEvaluate effectiveness of treatment plans and modify accordinglyProvide advice on exercise and strategies to implement at home to enhance and or maintain treatmentCommunicate with referring physician and other health care professionals regarding patients' problems, needs and progressMaintain clinical and statistical records and confer with other health care professionalsDevelop and implement health promotion programs for patients, staff and the communityWage rate: Wages range $44 - $45 per hour for 35 to 40 hours work per weekTwo weeks paid time off per yearEducation and Employment Requirements: Must be a License and active registration with a regulatory body in Alberta.
