La directrice des relations publiques est responsable de planifier, développer et diriger les stratégies de communication, de marketing et de relations publiques afin d’améliorer l’image publique et la présence sur le marché de l’organisation. Ce rôle dirige les campagnes promotionnelles, gère les communications avec les médias et les clients, supervise le personnel et veille à l’alignement entre l’image de marque, la publicité et les objectifs d’affaires.

Responsabilités principales

  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies complètes de relations publiques et de communication
  • Analyser les études de marché et les données commerciales afin de soutenir la planification et la prise de décision
  • Effectuer des enquêtes économiques et de marché pour identifier de nouvelles occasions et marchés cibles
  • Diriger les stratégies de marketing et de publicité pour promouvoir les produits et services
  • Planifier et superviser la production de matériel éducatif, promotionnel et informatif
  • Examiner et approuver les rapports, notes d’information, présentations, discours et communiqués de presse
  • Organiser et coordonner des événements promotionnels, ateliers et campagnes publicitaires
  • Conseiller les clients sur les stratégies de publicité, d’image de marque et de promotion des ventes
  • Gérer les contrats, les relations avec les fournisseurs et les ententes de service
  • Planifier, contrôler et surveiller les budgets et dépenses du département
  • Embaucher, former, superviser, motiver et évaluer le personnel
  • Diriger et évaluer les départements responsables de la publicité, des événements et du marketing
  • Maintenir et gérer les bases de données marketing numériques et des clients
  • Fournir un service-conseil après-vente et un soutien continu aux clients
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes corporatives de communication et d’image de marque

Position Summary

The Public Relations Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and directing communication, marketing, and public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s public image and market presence. This role leads promotional campaigns, manages media and client communications, supervises staff, and ensures alignment between branding, advertising, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive public relations and communication strategies
  • Analyze market research and commercial data to support business planning and decision-making
  • Conduct economic and market surveys to identify new opportunities and target markets
  • Direct marketing and advertising strategies to promote products and services
  • Plan and oversee the production of educational, promotional, and informational materials
  • Review and approve reports, briefs, presentations, speeches, and press releases
  • Organize and coordinate publicity events, workshops, and promotional campaigns
  • Advise clients on advertising, branding, and sales promotion strategies
  • Manage contracts, vendor relationships, and service agreements
  • Plan, control, and monitor departmental budgets and expenditures
  • Hire, train, supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff
  • Direct and assess departments responsible for publicity, events, and advertising
  • Maintain and manage digital marketing and client databases
  • Provide post-sale consultation and ongoing client support
  • Ensure compliance with corporate branding and communication standards
