About the Company:
RMD Roofing Ltd. is a roofing contractor providing residential and commercial roofing services across British Columbia. We are currently looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Roofer Helpers.

Job Duties:

  • Load, unload, and transport roofing materials and tools.

  • Assist roofers with the installation, repair, and replacement of roofs.

  • Remove old roofing materials and debris from work sites.

  • Set up ladders, scaffolding, and safety equipment.

  • Clean and prepare roof surfaces.

  • Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

  • Support roofers with measuring, cutting, and placing materials.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education

  • Previous construction or roofing experience is an asset but not required.

  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

  • Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.

Work Conditions:

  • Physically demanding

  • Working at heights

  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions

Language:

  • Basic English required.
