Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development
  • Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots
  • Harvest seedlings
  • Mixing fertilizer
  • Organize tasks to accomplish the work
  • Oversee the process of hoeing crops
  • Soil fertility programs
  • Train seed cutting techniques to farm labourers
  • Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality
  • Negotiate with clients for provision of services
